Megan Horst
Megan Horst is an artist specializing in haircutting, balayage, makeup and natural looking cosmetic tattooing. Megan started out with an intense passion for hair and makeup at a young age. It was something she found flowed easily from her, was a natural fit and that she greatly enjoyed. When asked what sets her apart from most, friends and colleagues say it’s how much she cares for her clients and is always striving to learn and develop in her field.
Megan has a wide variety of experience and education to offer her clients. She has attended Harford Community College, VonLee International School of Aesthetics, Robert Paul Academy of Cosmetology, Award Studios of Los Angeles for Media Makeup and The Jameson Shaw Academy for french hair cutting and balayage. She also had the opportunity to attend Flash Forward, where she worked with the renowned Jenell Geason for editorial makeup and photography.
Megan’s career has provided her with a great number of amazing jobs and opportunities. Between her time spent on education, she has additionally worked on Miss America, short films, commercials, satellite tours, television shows, news broadcasts, and magazines. She also has experienced New York Fashion Week along with countless photo shoots and weddings! Megan loves to apply her variety of skill sets and experiences to her Beautiful & Co. salon.
Ashley Godwin
As a professional in the beauty industry for over 20 years, my goal for each client is to connect and create a look we envision together. Whether it’s an updo for your wedding day, balayage for a sun-kissed style, or a sharp new cut for your job interview, I am here for you.
When I’m not at the studio, I am often hiking with my three sons and our dog, enjoying a glass of wine at a local winery with my husband, or taking a class on the latest trends and techniques in hair design.
Brianne Chilcoat
Chic and polished, with a keen eye for detail, are the best ways to describe Bri’s passion for the industry. She’s a perfectionist to her core and it shows in her work.
Bri is a master of color, balayage, and highlighting, always creating a customized look for her clients. She also excels equally in makeup artistry; Everything from traditional style makeup to airbrush applications for a flawless finish – perfect for every day events as well as formal events and weddings. Away from work she enjoys camping and spending time with her three children and husband.
Bri studied cosmetology at the Robert Paul Academy of Arts and Sciences and has a passion for continuing education to bring her clients the latest trends. She enjoys everything from transformational short cuts to flowing long-layered haircuts.
Kristin Phillips
Hi my name is Kristin Phillips. A professional hair stylist and colorist.
After growing up in a family owned salon I grew a passion of my own! I have a love for balayage, blonding and all things hair!
When I'm not behind the chair, you can find me with my two little boys, at the pond with my fishing rod or floating in the pool.
Rebecca Yaffe
A mom of two kids, 2 dogs, 4 cats, a wife to one, and a life enthusiast! She enjoys family, friends, crafts, reading, and learning.
Rebecca studied massage therapy as a way to combine three things she loves: massage, science, and helping others. She has developed expertise and certification in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Cupping, Reflexology, Pre-Natal, and Sports Massage.
In our fast-paced world, the importance of physical and psychological balance, and experiencing mindfulness as an outlet to both release and recharge, is critical to well-being. During your time together, her priority is you, your needs, and creating a comfortable and relaxing environment that allows her to highlight and focus on improving your health for your benefit.
Maria Staiger
Maria is our day time salon assistant and manager. She’s been with us from the beginning. When she’s not at work you’ll find her watching her two daughters play sports or with her husband and fur baby.
