Microblading is an advanced manual method of micropigmentation, or cosmetic tattooing. With this technique Megan uses a sterile, single use, handheld tool, comprised of many tiny needles, called a microblade, to deposit pigment into the dermis.
Microblading is a great option for both women and men wanting to enhance the look of their eyebrows. The results are amazing! Thin, hair-like strokes, mimic the existing brow hairs. This technique creates shape, builds fullness and fills in sparse or spotty areas of the eyebrow where no hair exists.
what to expect
For the best results, microblading is a two-step appointment process. Our clients are offered one complimentary perfecting session. This second session should be scheduled 6-8 weeks after the initial procedure to perfect the shape, color, and density of the brows.
Please keep in mind that eyebrow color intensity will be significantly darker and sharper within the first few days of the procedure, but will fade significantly (approximately 30-50%) over the healing period of 4+ weeks.
Results and longevity vary greatly from person to person. However, Megan recommends a touch-up annually to retain the ideal shape and saturation of pigment. Schedule a consult with Megan by emailing her here.
My recommendation for post-care, 10 days after the brows are completely healed, is Physical Fusion UV Defense SPF 50, which can be purchased at our salon.
Microblading or microblading with shading, and one complimentary perfecting session, totals $650. Appointments are currently made no further than 3 months in advance.

- Microblading is not for you if are taking Accutane, or have used it within the past year
- Very large pores and/or oily skin can affect the success of microblading because the added pigment can be rejected OR it could heal with a lack of detail that microblading typically provides. If this happens, you could need touch-ups more often (Hair Stroke Tattooing & Shading is a better option if this is the case)
- Being very tanned or sun-damaged can affect your results
- If you want a thin brow as your result, there still has to be some level of thickness to the brow in order to get the hairlike detail that microblading is intended to provide
- Microblading is not for you if you are pregnant, nursing, allergic to Lidocaine, prone to keloids or scaring, or epileptic
- Very sensitive or problematic skin, including Eczema, Rosacea, etc. can and oftentimes will affect the results of microblading
NEW APPOINTMENT has a 50% deposit that goes towards the cost of the service and is due at the time of booking. In the instance of cancellation within two weeks prior to your appointment, we will retain a $195 cancelation fee.
RESCHEDULING A FOLLOW-UP APPOINTMENT, your perfecting session is included in the price of your service, but if canceled and rescheduled, a $100 Re-Booking Fee is required.
Booking Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable between appointments, as they are for one date and time only.
Permanent makeup appointments require a set amount of time for each client. Out of respect for all clients, appointments will be rescheduled if you are more than 20 minutes late, and a new Booking Fee will be required to schedule a new appointment.
If you have had your eyebrows tattooed in the past, they must be approved prior to the start of your treatment. Please do not show up without getting your eyebrows approved by Megan first, as service can be refused and any deposits will be lost/.
There are a lot of factors that contribute to the results of permanent makeup and tattooing. A follow up appointment, or perfecting session, is needed to get the perfect brows or lip color. One perfecting session is included in the price of your service, as long as the appointment is scheduled within the required time frame of 6-8 weeks after your initial appointment, which you and I will set together!
